Extended Statistics By Day

It would be nice to left viewers know when a thread has been modified both in the extended statistics by day and in the most recent post just like for new posts, new members, etc. Sometimes I find important errors in my posts and fix them but think they are ignored by visitors to forums since they don't have easy way to know of changes.
