Any chance to have a lite version of the help docs, for forums where the admin doesnt want to share all the admin functions with members/guests? Anyway, I dont think normal members would want to view this info anyway [get in the way of what they want to find].

Really good update to the helpdocs though

Very nice Martin.    I think mealybar's comment would be good addition as well.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

Nice I will be installing and checking out the updated helpdocs on my forum and I might see how it easy it is to remove the admin info listed and create the "light" version. Its great to have for my own personal use while working on my boards but I agree with mealybar that it might just confuse and overwhelm the non-admin members of my board when they are trying to find general help.

I see Esk ["ESC"], Catarl ["CTRL"], and Pig-Up ["PGUP"]. There doesn't seem to be any ANY key.
Woo! All this computer hacking is making me thirsty. I think I'll order a TAB.  [presses TAB key]
Awp...no time for that now, the computer's starting."

After spending a little time going through the helpdoc sourcecode and files, here is a sample "Lite" version of the helpdocs that you may want your members to use instead of the full version.

Basically what I did was remove any and all links that were taking you to the various admin sections in the guide, I made a copy of posting1.htm and renamed it to replace the existing index.html, and deleted the images that were used for the admin sections. There also might be a few more minor edits that I made but I forget them at the moment. I didn't edit the FAQs section where some of the Question & Answers are more technical and really for admin use but its a much better improvement than the first version to not confuse our forum members.

And this also helps Martin get a jump start on creating a "lite" version of the helpdocs.
