add size="xx" and put either <b> or <strong> around the URL to make it bold.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

I have customized the scrolling news on the SectionGWG Forums using similar methods to make parts of it stand out more than others. At least for me, I found it was easier to just surround whatever part I wanted to emphasize with the desired formating nested before and after such as:

Code
<b><size=4>[color=#0000FF]Emphasized Text[/color]</size></b>

I did it this way since I still like part of the scrolling news to be normal but you can easily enough enclose your entire news text to use just one more bold style instead of just plain text. And since none of the formatting code shows its pretty great although your news box will be somewhat more crowded.

I hope this helps you out a little more since it is a handy way to format for the scrolling news that I have started to use only recently.

Homer Simpson from Episode "King-Sized Homer"
[reading screen] "To Start Press Any Key". Where's the ANY key?
I see Esk ["ESC"], Catarl ["CTRL"], and Pig-Up ["PGUP"]. There doesn't seem to be any ANY key.
Woo! All this computer hacking is making me thirsty. I think I'll order a TAB.  [presses TAB key]
Awp...no time for that now, the computer's starting."
