Cultural heritage conservator Posts: 60 Gender: Male Posts Per Day: 0.04 Time Online: 23 hours 19 minutes Location: Palermo Italy	Some members of my forum (http://www.tine.it/cgi-bin/blah/Blah.pl) complain because they don't sometimes receive the communications of the replicas.   This happens after the updating to the version 9.6     Also I have noticed this problem. During a day some communications arrive, others don't arrive.     Is this a bug of platinum 9.6 or this is a problem of the server?     the hosting assistance  sustains that the server is ok.     Which could the true problem be? Also, make sure that the user doesn't get the message in their spam box. If you're sure these are correct, I could add it to my list and review.  But make sure they are, indeed, not working.
