- The login logout log, maybe the page numbers at the top and bottom could/should be limited like [1,2,3,4...34,35,36] (see pic).

- Click log: with some of the querystrings of the search engine refers being long maybe the viewable part of the url could be limited [http://google.com/?....searcht] (make the page width smaller).

- Members List: if reputation is disabled in the admin center dont show the 'Reputation' link to sort the members list.

Dont think it wouldnt take long or much coding to change; I'd make a mod but it'd be good in the official release

I'll add this to my list.  I may not do the first one though.  The ClickLog should be purged every few months or so.  You shouldn't get into the 10,000+ range. haha  It's more of a waste of space with useless information.

Ah, I just kept them because something it said about ip's i think.

Other thing I just noticed, I've appointed a moderator (typed the username of the person in the box) for one single board. This member now seems to have moderate privilages accross the all of my categories and boards. Bug? or am I just doing it the wrong way?

Just noticed:

Fatal Error Log => Click the link to the page where the error occured, instead of going to that page it will go to: http://www.example.com/blah/v-admin/a-errorlog/Blah.pl?b=expl,m=1127263237

i.e. not url.com/blah/Blah.pl?b=exp,m1127263237

I've got mod-rewrite enabled, should it link link that anyway?
