I found in Register.pl:

can You add new define in English.lng
line 63 : 44 => 'Confirm E-Mail Address',
and change Register.pl
line 114 : <td class="win" width="50%"><b>$gtxt{'44'}:</b></td>

Never add values to English.lng though unless you use a unique name (like 'confirmemailtext' => 'Confirm E-Mail'), because it's almost static and I try not to edit it much.
