I found that I could insert an image tag into a post using standard HTML markup similar to {img src="/forumimages/ice.JPG"} (angle brackets replaced with curlies to show code).

What I cannot do, apparently, is use alignment attributes in the image tag (such as Align="top") so that text will wrap around the image as in a regular web page. I can use text alignment to place the image on either the right or left side of the post, but that's the extent of it.

With larger pictures, this is somewhat ugly, as the image sits there by itself with a huge blank space on one side. See this post as a case in point. I would be pleased if I could wrap the text around the image to eliminate all that whitespace.

Or is there a way already?

Thanks.

Matt

You could enable IMG code in Admin Center by enabling HTML.

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.

As I understand it, "Enable HTML where Blah Code is accepted" checked and "HTML Tags to Allow" left blank allows all HTML codes.

That is correct.

I don't recommend allowing all HTML code, but you can.

So, if all HTML is enabled, why are the image alignment tags not honored?

It should be.  Are you sure you're entering the correct HTML code?
