Greetings,

When posting an event, I would like a seperate time field located underneath the "Date of Event" fields.

Also, the events for each day would then need to be sorted automatically by time when appearing on the calendar and upcoming events.

How would I go about doing this?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Sorry for the delay but for some it is still holiday season.

This would be a code re-write and actually the thread is on the wrong board, it should be in the E-Blah Features board as it is a request for features.

Justin, how hard would this be to do?  I'm interested in how many people would want this feature though.  To me this would not be used that ofter at all really...or am I wrong here?

Greetings,

I understand that this type of feature may not be desired by everyone, but I still think that it would be a useful one. As it stands right now, the current calendar features ar very limited. I have requested this feature because it is somewhat tiresome to have to post events to the calendar in the exact order that you would like them to appear on a particular day. If the events had a time field with which to sort them then the order of posting would not matter. This would make updating my calendar a whole lot easier.

If it turns out that no-one is willing to code this feature, that's fine. In that case, would it at least be possible to give me some pointers in the right direction?

I'm not completely ignorant when it comes to Perl, I simply do not have a much time as I would like to decipher the ins and outs of the E-Blah code.

Thanks for the help!

It would be in the Calendar.pl file.  I'm not sure how hard it would be.  You'd have to sort the events in the array, though.  It may not be that hard to do, just time consuming to write and all.  I'll add it to my list, although I'm not sure if I'll be able to add it.  I just never meant for the calendar to be as powerful as it is, but I see it's obviously popular.  lol

I do installs for $25 and upgrades for $20.
