hi, I am a fan of E-Blah, and I installed E-Blah on my mechine which is based on EBCDIC not ASCII, It seams everything goes well at installion step.  But when I "new thread " and try to sumbit a subject with "post" botton, internal error prompts: here is the message:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, MINGW@FSSL and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Thanks
