Sorry, but even after upgrade to 9.5 the "Member Group Join Request" is not realy working.
1. After a user goes to "join request" he is lead to the page with the message "Your request to join this group has been recieved and must now be accepted by a group manager. You will receive a private message if you are accepted into this group."

On this page the "admin"-button is shown, althougt the member has no admin-rights. Once you click on "admin" the member receives "Fatal Error"

2. After a "join group request" the Email to admin still has no link. instead it reads:

"XX (XX) has requested membership in the 'Assistentensprecher UKT' member group. url=http://www.medizin.uni-tuebingen.de/pages/ukpp/cgi-bin/forumindex.pl?,v=members,a=manage,group=7 Click here to accept or deny this member access to this group.\n\nThis message has been sent to all the managers of this group."

First of all, a Slash (/) is missing between forum and index, and second of all it is not schown as link. Same problem in the german version.

The link in the Email "Click here to view the message." does not work either, because again of the missing Slash.

3. Same problem within the "private messages". The message: Member Group Join Request" has the same error: missing Slash within the link and missing link alltogether:
"XX (XX) has requested membership in the 'Assistentensprecher UKT' member group.

url=http://www.medizin.uni-tuebingen.de/pages/ukpp/cgi-bin/forumindex.pl?,v=members,a=manage,group=7 Click here to accept or deny this member access to this group.\n\nThis message has been sent to all the managers of this group. "

I took out the [ and ] up there, so that the message realy shows.
Anny way to fix that?
Thanks for help! Upgrade was so easy! Great!

The missing slash can be fixed by going to Admin/Settings/All ... then going to "Save".

Attached is a fix. Just replace the files in this with the ones on your server.

Dear Justin,
your fix solves the problem perfectly! Thank you!
However the fix changes two files, one of them is members.Ing, so that members.Ing has to be changed in other language-packs as well. Look up the line starting with "$memtext[210]" and then replace ' through ".
Here is the fixed german version (you still need "members.pl" from the fix above):
