Based on the language pack from Malachit (which is based on the language pack from Opfer) I added the changes for 9.5P. Please report errors as I did not find all the new strings in my running forums, yet.

Hi Battle,
if I download it ( right click and save ) the file is only 8.7 kb and corrupted.
And when I click for download I get only a page with a translation.
Hmmm, what do do?
