5. Board Images can now be a URL and not ONLY "images / filename" (although it still works)

9. Logging in redirects you to your last page now
10. Added "Yesterday" to the "Today" feature
11. Added "seconds ago" as part of the "Today" feature
12. Signatures can be removed entirely by admins
13. Admin/Settings has been cleaned up a *little*
14. Boards and Category setup has been more "modernized"
15. Board permissions are MUCH better ...
16. Search engine has been revamped with Word Hits and searching by Phrases or words
17. Post edits are no longer added if post was posted in the last 10 minutes
18. "Personal Calendars" has been added
19. Calendar events can now be member group specific
20. WhereIS stats now go to IP Search for guests (if clicked on my admins)

Looks good Justin. So when will 9.5 be availabe for download, and will it have or do I still need to apply the ecurity fix just recently posted elsewheer in this board pertaining to Htaccess, and will 9.5 be a final release (for now he he.) or still considered beta or an internal release like 9.4 is / was? Thanks. E-Blah keeps getting better with every release. |

So when will 9.5 be available?
So from what you typed Justin, once you have applied the 9.x security htaccess fix when you upgrade, you won't need to apply it again?
Also I notice at least on this forum here, in my members center, the ability to change skins has dissaperad. did you turn that off here? I know that ever since I changed my skin here to the firestream.net skin I was never able to try a different skin. Just curious.

Nope, I am not using the default theme and when I changed it, in one of your updates I guess I lost the ability to try a different theme here. Again, no big deal.
Cool on the patch thing.
I also assume you are avoiding my 9.5 question on purpose as to availability. You tease us with a changelog and don't give us an availaability? Typical. He He. Just kdding. Being impatient as usual. I just can't wait for the 9.5 final to be available so that I can upgrade from the 9.4.9 beta build I am using now.
Oh and since it is 11/23/05 in the USA where I am, to anybody that reads this in the USA before or during 11/24/05 including you Justin....

weird sorry to post 3 times and you cna delete the other 2 but opear did something weird. when I hit post repply in the quick reply box, Opera kept refreshinbg to a page that had the default theme like I never logged in, and didn't show the post I had just typed, so I had no idea that I was still logged in and my post took. So I apologize. Must be something weird with the opera I have coolies or cache or something. oh well.
It is not cache or cookies, but yet Opera did it again but after the refresh, I clicked on the E-Blah communtity link to go to the main page and it wen't back to my theme then I clicked back oon thsi thread and all is well. weird. |
