This was for added functionality I needed on my own board, as I hated clicking on the title and then the new thread link... so I made this simple mod.

It adds a drop down select box on the board index at the top above the boards for Administrators only. It lists all of the boards in your forum - select a board, and you will be redirected to the post page for that board.
