This is an updated version of the old mod for P9.2 - this one is for P9.3.

I split up the modification into three mod files for those like me who have server timeouts. However everyone should still be able to use it.

This is also useful for those who have a side bar on their template forum, or where the forum does NOT stretch to 100% of the width.
