Justin - how come you changed it back? The votes are still in favor of the new board index layout. Remember the phrases 'fresh, original, dynamic' The way you just had it previously made it clear which info was regarding which board title. With the column lines between topic and post counts... it's not altogether clear for newbies. The previous way was better. E-Blah is never ugly. Trend-setting definitely! |

Aesthetically speaking the new, NEW look is better... BUT! (and there's always plenty of them)... 1. Forum Name needs to be just Forum so that the text doesn't overlap the forum-bit icon column. 2. Last post information could be shortened to Last Post and 'centred', that should make that side look better too. You may want to try throwing a bit of very pale pastel blue in with it... Other than that, it's a great improvement... |

I think it's the color I don't like, then when you click on a board, the layout COMPLETELY changes.
Hi Jesse, Colour is an individual or personal thing.. I like to look at E-Blah and think.. RUFF! what can I do to it to make it more appealing for myself. If the layout and options are lousy, then nothing much can be done without creating a dinosaur.. Meaning it will always be a one-off thing by changing so many categories and classes that will break with any upgrade that is made to E-Blah proper. Middle of the road is very hard to find.. And E-Blah should not look like something from 'Out of Space', but by the same token the options shouldn't be cramped either. I have some thought's on how to overcome this, but need to think them through before putting them to the "Super Team" for consideration. |

Fixed. Also, notice when you hide a category it now tells you it's hidden (we've had some people say they couldn't tell ... so now you can ).
Hi Justin, It's amazing what small changes to the display can do to make it more appealing. I've got some recommendations, but I'll post it elsewhere because it drifts right off topic here. |
