At the request of several eblah members who wanted their forum to fit screen resolutions of 800x600... I have converted the html in eblah to fit 800x600.

This is NOT an official release from Justin.  This is a mod released by myself - Ryan.

I have not changed ANY of the perl functions whatsoever.  Just the html has been adjusted.  I've tested it on 1024x768 and 800x600 and it works perfectly fine on both.  Screenshots will follow shortly.  Let me know here if there's anything I've missed, or if there are any problems.

This has Pm.pl fixed.
