One thing my memebrsa been wanting me to ask you is, should the shoutbox post a shout when you hit enter key. I actually have to hit shout to post a shout, is that how it is supposed to be?

You have to use the shout key. Will be posting the complete package some time this week.

Just downloaded the zip and installed the new files. I allready had version one so I didn't need to run the install mod stuff.

Works wonderful, the new shoutbox is awesome!

All of my members like the animated toasting smilies...I have a homebrewing forum so this kind of thing goes over well with them.

This is a brilliant Mod.
I had version one working OK on my test forum. But I can't seem to get the theme or member paths right on this new version. I have tried every configuration I can think of, if I use settings.pl path that would end up in blahdocs so I'm not sure.??.
on version one I had it working with

Would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

Thanks it looks great looks a lot different to my first effort....looks better, I'm sure it will keep the members happy,I always get messed up with the directories. I realise now it the path right down from the host. I will keep learning. Thanks very much for your help.
