If anyone wants to test it and tell me and O.B what needs changing, feel free to let us know here.  The more bugs found NOW the less we'll have when released.  I'm asking everyone to use the following board, until XHTML version of E-Blah is released.

The errors are from the URL to the donate button.  Going to try and get Justin to use a remote javascript to insert the button.

Looks cool, but i found this: signature is a bit out of balance.
Plus whats the differnece between XHTML and HTML in BB? What is the benefits of using it? I don't know XHTML. That's why I'm asking.

XHTML is just a stricter version of HTML.  A fully xhtml compliant site or forum will ensure the page looks the same on all browsers... it will get rid of errors.

HTML is deprecated... which means when W3C finally brings out a new version of webpage programming, HTML won't be supported on newer browsers.

I think it's only if you use the Platinum 9 Winter theme, but I can't change the theme (dunno why, dropdown box is missing) so I can't test if it works on other themes but from what I saw from yor screenshots, it does

That's just the Board Index... there's still a few issues such as:

1. The news scroller is not compliant.  If you want an xhtml board, do not use it.  I'm trying to find a news scroller that will use only a <script src="scroller.js"></script> type of thing.

2. The blahcode tags such as bold, color, italic etc... are only compliant if you use one of them at a time,and don't include one blahcode tag inside another.  For example:

Code
[b][color=red]Carpe Diem![/color][/b]


will NOT be xhtml compliant.  If you want xhtml compliance.. either disable blahcode entirely, or remove some of the buttons.

3.  Previous messages will not be compliant, until all the <br> tags are changed to <br />.

Those are the only incompatibilities I can think of, but I know there's more.
