If you are looking for a free e-mail that kicks a**, try hriders.com They give you a free 1 Terrabyte e-mail. I used them a long time, when I was still in school, and they have no problems. They are a little bit strict with sign-ups - no fake names etc. |

I still like Google mail...Ive been using it since it started and they are now offering 2229 Megabytes and counting ....I've never had a problem with them at all, I use the incredimail programme and do alot of PSP and Stats so I save everything there, I have somewhere in the region of about 400 emails saved, backgrounds, animations etc.Works for me. |

Why would anyone need 400 emails saved, or 2229 megabytes of email space? That's a case for some serious inbox spring cleaning |

Because they are ALL Stationary, animations, and sigs I have made! And if the pooter goes belly up and I for some reason I can't find the CD they are on. I know there is a secondary back-up online. NO Spring Cleaning needed, they are the ONLY e-mails I save, MY WORK!

I know that this thread is as old as could be, but I found free email at this site, http://www.kickasses.com. Web mail is a little bit on the slow side, but I use it pop3 with MS Outlook and it works great. |

Every year at work I archive my .pst file because it is close to the MS 2GB limit. In my job I never throw anything...and I mean anything away. If I sent it to someone I have a copy, and if someone sent it to me, I have a copy. It is a little something I like to call CMA E-Mail is the root of all evils. No one in there right mind would ever use it for secure information transfer. Yet in the military we use it on a daily basis instead of the telephone. It is almost sad...no one talks anymore. |

A lot of it's not really interesting either ... . E-mail is good because you can always use it as evidence as what they say, I guess. Nothing online is really "secure" unless you go through an SSL channel, and even then it's not military strength. |

Craig's right email sucks because it's eroding the human race's ability to interact with each other.
Stop using email, and start using your lips to communicate. |

This is a normal reaction to the stress of meeting new people. Unless you are a very out going person, you are usually not going to dive right into a new conversation unless you know you have something in common with the person. Fore example. I love chatting with Justin here on the forum, but that is usually about the forum and how to make everything better. I have never called Justin, or seen him in person. I'm not sure what Justin and I would talk about besides computers and E-Blah. But then again, Justin lives in the US, and I live in Germany. There are also several years between our ages. Of course my wife does always refer to me as her third child...so...hmmmm....thats it, I'm getting on a plane and going to visit Justin |

Haha ... the only person on here who I've really ever talked to in person (that I met here) has been Ryan. He freaked out one night, thought E-Blah was being bad, and called me. It was over Thanksgiving 2004, I believe, because I wasn't at home (he tracked me down). |
