Interesting, though some of the text doesn't show up well against your background (such as "Welcome Guest").

I hate to be suspicious or make accusations, but I am curious what happened to the eblah copyright?  

You could do with the Welcome message, say putting in a table, with a plain back ground, and when the E-Blah copyright is put back it will be looking good

haha.. thx guys.. but to be completly font with you, the reason I made a custom template instead of using the default, not to mention me hiding the copywrite, is because I have had bad history with my forums\sites being hacked. And I read a great deal about your forums, so im giving it a go to see how this works out. I have been switching back and fourth from php nuke, invision, v bulletin, php nuke, wowbb, wow u name it Ive had lol, anyhow getting to the point, I didnt want another hack attempt, so I hid eblah from my forums, so it would make it harder for other ppl to know what forums I am using, which in the other hand would prolly make it more difficult for them to figure out how to hack it.. well if u know what Im talking about, I did however leave the custom skin on the admin cp, with full eblah copywrites and all, and dont get me wrong, I totally support you, and from the looks of it, this is 1 great forum, prolly the best.. keep up the good works man, and thx for ur opinions.

Why not give a little feed to Eblah and put the copyright back up?    If it wasn't for justin this great software wouldn't be here. You should put the copyright back up  or PAY FOR IT.

No... I read it, but I think all Justin has to do is contact your HOST. I'm unsure, but if so they could remove your account. Someone wouldn't hack a forum because of the copyright unless they didn't  like eblah.   Just make your password a good set of chars and random and you should be fine. Also don't use the same password you use on other forums.

Last time I got hacked, they used something w\ packet filtering, cookies, cgi exploitation or injection, and something dealing w\ md5 hash.. thats the attacks so u know.. I mean I had a 15 alphanumeric password, and well its frusturating.

Sorry m0d_hippY.  No matter how much you try to rationalize it, you need to purchase a License to remove the copyright tag.  Here is where you can find info on how to do that. http://www.eblah.com/?v=buying  You can customize the template and remove the E-Blah image and everything else, but not the copyright.  It is the law, and it is what protects the owner of the software.  Read http://www.eblah.com/?v=license for more info on it.

We appreciate you using E-Blah, and hope you will continue to use it.  It is by far the most secure forum on the market.

That's not a really good reason to remove the copyright.

uhm... you didn't just hide the copyright... you removed it.  It's not showing up in your page source.  Speaking of page source... to give what you said any credence, I would have thought you would have done better to rename the directory structure.

blah is all over the board with every single image.  And your theme hardly does anything to disguise the fact the unique display still has the mark of E-Blah.  

So... give it up.  As someone already said, "No matter how much you try to rationalize it, you need to purchase a License to remove the copyright tag."

So hopefully you purchased one by now.

I can work with pricing on the licenses, if you're interested in buying one ... otherwise have to put the copyright back on, sorry.  It's the one and only thing I ask to be kept, and, like has been said, it's the law.

And also, when you get a licience, you do have permission to remove the copyright. But the most important thing, is that the price Justin asks, is very affordable, and he deserves just some funds, to help continue the eblah project. I have made a few donations, but still leave the eblah copyright on my forums, as I am proud to show the name.
