Hi all !

And this is my version of the language pack for 8.3.
I think i stop this now, staying on eblah 8.3 myself - i don't want to fight a translation race with opfer, that doesn't make any sense.

Everybody feel free to continue this project based on my translation in future eblah platinum updates.

greetings
rulaman

I don't want a race, just a bit friendly competition

And: everyone deserves a new language pack so that he can use the newest version of Eblah.

So I'll go on for sure.

Hi !

Some expressions in the *.lng files are used more than once by the forum.
Sadly i found out, that a few of them should better be seperated by Justin in the next eblah versions, to get a better compatibility to other languages.
Especially i found these 2 expressions:

Quoted Text
English.lng: 15 => 'Current Location'
(used for member profile and used for WherIs)

BoardIndex.lng: $boardindex[46] = 'None'
(used for events and used for birthdays)

I still couldn't find the perfect translation for them to fit with both areas.
This is my eblah 8.3 German translation with the best "middleway" for this problem.

Greetings
rulaman

Yeah, I fount that out, too.

But you could easily take "Ort" for "Current Location" and "kein(e)(r)" for "None".

But basically you're right. They should be better seperated.
