These are very cool boards. I am posting this to see if some modifications could be done. I'd be paying someone to do these changes. If your interested please get in touch.

- User types. I need there to be distinct different types of users.

One type of user registers. Think of these users as people who are asking a question. They must pay to create a thread. This thread can either be public (general web surfers can see) or private (only those registed can see). Private threads cost more. They can only post in this thread they have created and in no other threads. They have a different profile to the other types of users. When they log in they can easily see thier thread.

The other type of user has a more detailed profile. Additional profile elements are required here. These are people who answer questions.

The users who ask questions should be able to select the post which answers the question best.

Now users can only tweak rating of users of a different type.

It may be too complicated to achieve but it dosen't hurt asking.
