I'd like to have the option to make administrators invisible.  So they're on the member list, and can post but don't show as part of the administrator group... or any other.

No, just delete admin.dat, and then make your own Administrator.  Then rebuild the member list to get rid of admin.dat.  Also add 'admin' to the reserved usernames.

Don't want to add to your burden too much, but I think it would be nice to add an option that allows each board to open in another theme, I look around the showcase and there are some nice boards around, I am sure the members who create them would like to show a few off as there members go around the boards they have, it would also be good if the spellcheck mod was included as an option.

Did not want to try and fill your cup to overflowing, so just take this post as an " in the future, maybe"  (-:

Thanks for your time

I like the other theme thing, yeah, but this will have to be a member mod.  It's been posted before, and really won't be much of a change if you wanted to do it ...

Heeee, Heee, me!

I would love to do it, but it would take Martin a month to sort it out, I am sorry, when it comes to code, I am not so good.

Thanks for the reply though

Good luck with the new version

I'm sure someone can make a quick mod for you ... not TOO much has changed in the old versions that'll make it not work.

Something that I would like to see is a "go to last unread post" option... I'm not sure if it's possible in this board type or not, but it is quite the convienience when dealing with long threads, and if you've been away for a few days...

it seems that it wouldn't be TOO much of a leap since it already keeps track of what hasn't been read... but I'm not the one doing the coding, so I could be wrong.

i've just had a similar request from one of my users:
Quoted Text
Would a "go to first unread" be possible in the thread listing please?

any chance? pretty please?

When you go to create a new thread, next to it is "New poll" - click that.

I like the idea of a mini admin center.

Thanks.  Another question:  how can I have these posts listed from most recent to oldest instead of the way it is now?  Also, Is this the proper forum for mewbies like me to be asking questions?  Finally, would it be possible to get a spell checker for this forum or would that be too costly?  Sorry, another question came to mind.  How do I change the Greenwich mean time to local time?
