The forum login box at the bottom of the page, and when directly linking to a passord protected message differs significantly from the login page using the button at the top of the screen.  My users who are unable to use cookies cannot log into the page from the first two methods, only the third.

1) logging in without cookies and without a forever time limit should be the default to keep people from leaving accounts open forever on public computers

2) the cookies/time to stay on option should be available on all log in screens, particularly the one on the main page.  It is inconsistent.

Users are more likely to use this login area than the full-functioned one.  It is a real problem for me.  Also, log in areas should be consistent and all features should be consistently available.  I would really appreciate this as a new feature.

You can easily edit it in Routines.pl, it's hidden fields is all it is that control whether to stay logged in forever and all.
