On a couple of messages I screwed up or a friend screwed up and they asked me to edit it and when I do I then get a modified by... under the message. If someone can make a modification that only admin's can get rid of the modified by for each message.

Change "    if($mod4 ne '') {" in MessageDisplay.pl to:

   if($mod4 ne '' && $settings[4] eq 'Administrator) {

This will make it so only admins can see it. To get rid of completly:
   if($mod4 ne '' && $noshow == 1) {
