Currently, when we use E-Blah there is a global set of members. e.g. regardless of what category a member belongs to they receive 'new thread' updates etc.

Would it be possible to include a feature whereby members can be assigned to a group. and some members can be assigned to mutiple groups.

This feature will make E-Blah a great discussion board, where seperate discussion groups within E-Blah can be set-up.

Kind Regards
Andaz

currently only ONE usergroup can be assigned to a user. This may change one day ... but not right now. Post this on the SourceForge project page so I won't forget though .

Hello Justin:

Can you suggest a wa around the problem. As users of various boards in my discussion forum are getting annoyed. Since they keep on receiving e-mails for boards that they do not belong to?

Any assistance in this matter will ge greatly appreciated.

Regards
Andaz
