There has been a bug reported that is really messed up. Anyway, when you go to Register it will ask you how old you are, etc. Well, if you are under 13 you will go to the register page, if you are over 13 you will go to the board index. This is easy to disable. Go to the Admin Center/Settings/Main Settings. Now, find "Must be 13 years or older to register" (or something like that). Check the box to disable it.


Also, if you installed the packed how it said you'll notice that the prefs directory won't work. Go to  Admin Center/Settings/Directories ... then change "./prefs" to "./Prefs". For some people this won't matter  --  however for a lot of UNIX servers it will matter (I know on this one it does).



Those are just simple ways to get rid of those bugs (which are fixed in the current version -- not avalible for download currently).


Version 2.1.5 will be avalible for download over the 3 day weekend (I hope), and it will fix a lot of bugs. Version 1.5 was built back at the end of July I think and I had to get things organized with it before I could release it. Plus, I don't currently have a house. So I can't be on the computer fixing all these things.
